KOMANDing Management Package
The KOMANDing Management package is usually a 6 month to 1 year contract that includes general management and advisory services to the company. Initially, an experienced KOMAND consultant will meet with an executive member of your organization and estimate the number of consulting hours required each month in order to successfully structure your organization. The assessment will be based on the current state of your organization in addition to recent financial
performance figures. Once the assessment is developed, a KOMAND consultant, or team of consultants,
will work with different members of your organization in order to:
- Identify the causes for sales growth decline or sales stabilization
- Locate any areas for process change or improvements
- Perform financial book-keeping
- Implement processes for knowledge management and
information exchange
- Identify and develop a restructuring plan
- assist with capital budgeting decisions
